We've introduced new feature called "Send Notify".

You want to send an email with a message. For example "replace the media backup", "change backup disk and store in a safe place", etc ... .

Now you have a standard template in Mail Monitor that send email at scheduled time.

Is very very simple:

  • Create a new Job
  • Insert a name
  • Make your schedule
  • Template type: Standard
  • Standard Template: Send notify
  • Click on "Email Reminder"
  • Fill the "Email subject" and "Email body" field
  • Click ok and you've scheduled a send email job

Simply and very powerful to remind at your customer some task.
