We've introduced new feature called "Send Notify".
You want to send an email with a message. For example "replace the media backup", "change backup disk and store in a safe place", etc ... .
Now you have a standard template in Mail Monitor that send email at scheduled time.
Is very very simple:
- Create a new Job
- Insert a name
- Make your schedule
- Template type: Standard
- Standard Template: Send notify
- Click on "Email Reminder"
- Fill the "Email subject" and "Email body" field
- Click ok and you've scheduled a send email job
Simply and very powerful to remind at your customer some task.
