To add a job created in Acronis Cloud platform, in Trevor Utility Mail Monitor

Is important the Clients Name in Acronis match with Groupname in Mail Monitor. For Example:

To change the name:





To send email at the Trevor Utility collector email Open Acronis Cloud Console and create a user with the collector email address:

  • Users - New - User
  • In the email field put the Trevor Utility Email collector Address


Now the Acronis Cloud service sent an email to the Collector Email. Acronis require a confirmation in the email. You haven't access to the Email Collector Address. 

  • Download Trevor Utility Backup Manager, and you can access to the collector Email
  • Login - Mail - Inbox

  • Click on "Activare Account"

Come Back in the Acronis Cloud Console

  • Select the Email Collector User - Settings - Edit
